At Dehradun Bulls / Ramesh Pal, we are committed to delivering high-quality research recommendation services with transparency and fairness, in compliance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and related guidelines, including the SEBI circular dated February 17, 2025. This refund policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our paid services, so as to ensure clarity and regulatory compliance.

  1. Scope
    This policy applies to all paid services provided by Dehradun Bulls / Ramesh Pal — including but not limited to research reports, subscription services, and educational courses. It does not cover investment outcomes or guarantee any profits, since financial markets involve inherent risk.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    You may request a refund in the following cases:

a. Non-Delivery of Promised Service
If we fail to deliver the agreed services (report, subscription, or course access) within the timeframe specified, due to reasons within our control, you will be eligible for a full refund for the portion undelivered.

b. Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel your subscription (research services, not courses) within 3 working days from payment — provided you have not accessed, downloaded, or used the service — you are eligible for a full refund.

c. Early Termination
If either you or Dehradun Bulls terminates the service before the subscription period ends, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unutilized full months, subject to the non-refundable scenarios in section 3.

d. Persistent Technical Issues
If you face technical problems (e.g. unable to access reports or platform) which we cannot resolve within 3 working days, you may request a refund for the affected period (adjusted for usage proportion) for that service period.

e. Regulatory Suspension / Closure
If our SEBI registration is suspended or canceled due to regulatory action, or we cease operations for regulatory reasons, you shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unutilized period.

f. Double Payment or Overcharging
If you are charged more than once for the same service period, or charged beyond permissible caps, the excess amount will be refunded.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

a. Losses or dissatisfaction due to investment performance or market fluctuations.
b. Services already accessed, downloaded, or partially used.
c. Partial month usage — refunds will only be for full unutilized months.
d. Refund requests made after the cooling-off period (unless otherwise eligible).
e. Client breach of terms (e.g. misuse of reports, sharing, fraud).
f. Force majeure events (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.).
g. Fees that are explicitly designated as non-refundable in the service agreement.
h. Disruptions beyond our control (third-party platform failures) — in such cases, we may choose to extend service instead of issuing refund.

  1. Refund Process

  • Submit Request: Email rameshpal1396@gmail.com or use the contact form on dehradunbulls.com, with your name, service details, payment reference number, and reason.

  • Review: We will evaluate your request within 5 working days and may ask for additional information.

  • Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 10 working days, via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI etc.).

  • Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once refund is processed.
